Breath Guided Yoga

Relax and refuel through Breath Guided Yoga class! Learn to move with your breath in gentle physical postures, breath (pranayama) techniques, and meditations. Practices will help improve flexibility, balance, strength, and mental clarity. Emphasis is also placed on self-awareness of the gross to the more the subtle body.
