Three elements that keep students committed to their daily and weekly care are part of every ODayMMT class: Relevance, the experience of meeting a challenge successfully, and lighthearted enjoyment. The basic rules for movement that we stress in class are the same that serve the body well in daily life; you’ll be able to take what you learn and create stability, resilience and power easily and naturally as you move through your day. Classes are designed to be modified and tailored to each person’s unique needs, ensuring that every student feels safe and can grow at their own pace.

We stress movement with freedom, breathe and open-heartedness. If you’re not having a good time, you won’t keep coming back; consistent, mindful care of your body is the key to making progress. Try different classes and different teachers to find the best fit for you!
