The relaxed, fluid movements of tai chi and qigong gently manipulate our joints while stimulating respiration and circulation. Balance, strength, and coordination are improved and the immune system enhanced.
Yang style tai chi is taught as well as a wide variety of qigong exercises. Meditation is also taught and practiced in each class.
Classes are suitable for all ages.
Full six-week session: $72
Classes run six weeks at a time with a week off in-between.
